"Cheapest option available, worth it to me."

Good location. Small room but clean. Nice elderly couple running it. Apparently this property has been improved a lot from how bad it used to be.

Staff came and took our empties and garbage but didn't make beds or replenish anything. No breakfast. No hot water from sink. Coffee pot but no filters, coffee, sugar or whitener until I got it from main office.

It was just what we needed. Affordable and clean. The room was bigger than expected, beds comfortable and clean. Very happy with our time there for a tournament. There was a med sized fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee. We had brought our own food so this fit our needs perfectly.
