Housekeeper barged in our room 3 times before we were able to check out. Manager accused us of smoking in the room and tried charging us 3 DIFFERENT “Smoking fees”…one for $250, one for $200, and another for $100! On top of the security fee that was already paid! Housekeeping went through OUR BATHROOM TRASH TO TRY TO FIND EVIDENCE OF SMOKING. Nice facility but housekeepers are giving PERVERTS AND MANAGEMENT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! To be charged a smoking fee because of a lighter that was left is crazy!

Everything was nice and clean. The room was nice and spacious. There was lots of storage and counter space. Bathroom and shower were very nice. The breakfast was pretty typical of hotel breakfast.

I reserved a room with two queen beds on 4/16 for a stay on 4/27. Upon my arrival I was informed that the hotel had an overbooking issue and that I would be getting a king bed and not the two queen beds I had requested. If I had wanted a king bed I would have requested a king bed. I asked why I hadn’t been informed of this issue prior to check in and was told “I don’t know”. In addition to not getting what I reserved I also paid more for the two queen beds and was not offered a refund for the difference. In addition to my frustration about the bed situation the toilet was also only working every three or four flushes. There are several other hotels within walking distance of this property. When visiting the area next time I will make sure to stay elsewhere.
