Near bangalore city and deepanjali nagar metro station

Room was not clean, had cockroaches in both room and bathroom so asked property manager to pest control but did not solved problem. Also door knobs were rusted and bathroom door was damaged Upon checking at hotel they declined to give complimentary breakfast which was in my booking package and stated that OYO did not sent them complimentary breakfast option also restaurant at hotel got shut down since one week hence no food option at property.
