El personal en general muy amable, el mesero que nos atendio fue muy amable y atento el desayuno esta muy rico, lo unico malo es que como esta muy centrico no hay estacionamiento cuando llegamos el administrador movio unos anuncios del hotel que estan afuera y ahi nos permitio estacionarnos.

Property is in the heart of Zacatecas! Everything is within walking distance. Staff was attentive to our needs. I have nothing bad to say. Bed was fantastic!

Es mi primer opción cuando voy a Zacatecas, su ubicación es muy cercana al centro histórico, aunque no tiene estacionamiento propio, tiene convenio con uno muy cercano y seguro. La atención del personal es excelente.
