Cleanliness..

Not provided bucket and mugs in bathroom as bathroom size is very small.. Very strange to see without bucket and mug without bath tub.. We are in India let them provide these..Look weird..

Relatively cheap. All areas are clean including the toilets. Staff is there to support you.

The room space is quite small. But it’s subjective. Most of them will be okay with that space.

AMAZING staff very clean and nice place. Has A/C and near many nice places. Fast check-in and amazing food

It’s was a short and convenient drive from Mumbai airport

We booked two “business class” rooms. However the lower basement floor were the rooms were located smelt of cigarettes and vinegar (weirdly). One of our rooms had a bug on the bed, and a rouge fingernail clipping (obviously not our own). Because of this we decided to share one single mattress. During the night and in the morning we could hear rats/mice in the ceiling and walls. We paid the equivalent of $40nzd for both rooms, so I think the lesson is you get what you pay for.
