Everything was clean, great attention to detail, the rooms and view were wonderful and I want to give a big mention to the lovely housekeeping staff who kept our room clean and comfortable. Also, AMAZING breakfasts. I have no idea how people could review saying the breakfasts were average. I travel a lot and this buffet breakfast was just lovely.

There were a couple of things that did come up- previous reviews mention hot rooms and no ACs, this was definitely an issue for us. The rooms were so stuffy and hot at night! The staff were great and gave us a fan to use which helped, but I think the hotel should just turn down the central heating by a degree or two. Secondly, there was a man our floor smoking in the hallways and common areas- even going so far to leave cigarette butts on the ground! There are no smoking signs literally everywhere. When we brought this up to staff they already knew about it, and honestly I’m a little shocked they didn’t remove him from the hotel as this happened about 3-4 times. They ended up moving us to another floor which was very kind of them, as we had a toddler with us and didn’t want her breathing in smoke.
