I spent my birthday visiting the wonderful region of Chiang Mai and this property for my very first trip to Thailand- the staff were so friendly and even gave me a small cake and decorated my room so nicely to celebrate- I love the breakfast options with so much variety it kept me full most of the day- the room is so spacious and I had a balcony view- definitely 5 star accommodations but quality of service makes it 10 out of 10 for me- will definitley cone back to my new Phra Singh Family

We are still on our trip but I think I can safely say we will look back on our time in Chiang Mai as our favorite. We loved walking around Old City and the location of our hotel. The room was gorgeous and the pool was serene. Breakfast was pretty solid for a free breakfast!

The best part of the stay was the breakfast, which was excellent. The rooms are average and the bathroom layout is terrible. The pool was fine, can become crouded. The pickup from the airport worked, but tends to be expensive for the distance/location.

Everything was great, from the cozy villa to the outstanding service of the staff. I loved the fresh iced herbal teas provided daily as well as the free massages. Would stay again.

The hotel is close to the airport. Its located in the old town of Chiang Mai. The place is very serene as soon as you walk in. I love the vibes, like a botique hotel with a character. The staffs are very welcoming and professional. They were able to attend to our needs quickly when there was an issue with the AC in our room. Since the AC was not fixed by the time we got back from our activity, they offered another room for us to sleep in. The rooms are very spacious and clean. They even offered fruits and all of the snacks and drinks inside the room is included (free). We enjoyed the afternoon tea, as well as the papaya salad making. Their breakfast is great and has a lot of food to choose from. I would like to say I had the best pineapple fried rice from their restaurant. Since we have an early flight on our last day in Chiang Mai, they prepared a "lunch box" for us to bring at the airport. Its convinient also for they arranged our transportation to the airport. I would stay again at this hotel should I visit Chiang Mai next time.

This hotel was wonderful. We loved the Eastern vibe, the layout of the hotel, the size and cleanliness of the room. The pool is nice. The onsite restaurant is excellent, with great food and prices! Breakfast was quite elaborate. The staff were ready to handle any request instantly. We just really loved this place. The famous Sunday night market is a short walk around the corner. It felt like we were in our own secure walled oasis. I can't recommend this place enough. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Chiang Mai.
