USSpacious rooms, an on-site breakfast buffet, and a garden and shrine grounds adjacent to the property make for a peaceful, relaxing stay. It's a very short walk from Higashimatsuyama Station to the hotel. There's a coin laundry on site and restaurants within 10 minutes on foot. If you are planning a visit to Shinrin Koen, the Maruki Museum, or the Saitama Zoo, this is a great place to stay and is particularly suited for those traveling with children.
While the facilities have been recently refurbished, the carpets are a little worse for wear. The coin laundry is in the public bath area, so is hard to access when it's not your gender's bathing time.
いつも丁寧に対応していただいています。 お風呂の時間がいつも女性が早く男性が遅くという形です。 できたら逆にもしてほしいです。 女性も遅くまで仕事頑張っています。 また部屋のお風呂に入った際、洗面所の端に毛が落ちていたり、お風呂の端にも落ちていたりで気持ち悪かったです。 お風呂場の換気扇もほこりだらけでした。 清掃はきれいにしていただけると嬉しいです。 3ヶ月に1回は埼玉に仕事で行くのでまた泊まらせていただきたいと思っています。 よろしくお願いいたします。

出張で使わせていただきました。 街中の観光ホテルという感じで、部屋は特に可もなく不可もなく。 大浴場があるのが個人的に良かったです。
JPThe staff gave me an allergen menu when I checked in for our breakfast - this was very helpful. We were not expecting to find such an amazingly beautiful flower garden adjacent to the hotel! We had a wonderful walk and also enjoyed walking around the temple next to the hotel.
More gluten-free and dairy-free options for breakfast. Bedcovers are a little old.
