Excellent 2 week experience. Exactly as advertised. Staff was fantastic, particularly Tara, Camay, Anna, Justin, Bram, housekeeping, breakfast crew and really everyone with whom I had contact. I really enjoyed the 24 hour access to coffee and tea (Bigelow.) The breakfast selections were admirable; a step up from the typical free hotel fare. Location is good for access to highway or taking alternate routes in rush hour traffic. Restaurants, groceries, nearby and only a mile to the public library too. I enjoyed using the pool everyday. Cleanliness of the entire facility was clearly a priority.

Booked a reservation and called to make sure the dates were correct. Once arrived was told room was not available and had to go to Hampton inn for $200 which is higher than rate. Would expect a discount for the inconvenience

I love the location of the property but I noticed the worker/employee are not capable of the hospitality of the JOB.

Quiet and had a pool

I liked the refrigerator and bathroom and bed.

Coffee maker was horrible as was the coffee. It was undrinkable. Half the lamps didn't work. There was a strange huge black industrial box that was a "air" cleaner. It plugged in and if I didn't leave it on my room smelled bad. The shower head was a trickle of water!

It was very clean and all staff were very friendly

My husband would have liked to see more options for the breakfast. Particularly bananas and some yogurt would have been nice. Breakfast sandwiches were ok but seemed to be a little slow restocking so if you came to breakfast later selection was limited.

Breakfast was good. Good selection.

Its crazy there was no, tooth brush, toothpaste or body lotion. Just so crazy
