Very close to the ferry and several restaurants. Linh was very attentive and kind and helped us in arranging taxis. The food was very good, highly recommend the hot pot.

Alles! We hadden 2 kamers (2 vw en 4 kinderen). Schoon en ruim. Goed ontbijt. We hebben alle tours via hun geregeld en alles was fantastisch georganiseerd! Hele lieve mensen. Absoluut een aanrader! Dikke 10!!!

Overall impression: An unforgettable stay that completely redefined what hospitality means to us — this was our first homestay experience, and it exceeded even the best 5-star hotels we’ve stayed in around the world. What we liked: Our family room overlooked the stunning Con River and, while basic, it was absolutely more than adequate — comfortable beds and pillows, excellent air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi made it a very easy place to relax. The outdoor terrace right outside our room was a real highlight, with comfy lounges and a fan, offering the perfect spot to sit and take in the river views. The homestay offers free push bikes, which was a great touch, and they effortlessly organised everything for us — including a fantastic trip to Paradise Cave and Phong Nha Cave with pick-up and drop-off, as well as our transfer to Dong Hoi. Breakfast each morning had great choices, and dinner was a real treat — a lovely menu enjoyed while sitting out overlooking the water. The staff were exceptional — genuinely warm, attentive, and always willing to help. A very special mention to Linh, who communicated with us regularly via WhatsApp, keeping us updated and making everything seamless. Her English is excellent, and her friendliness and personal touch made such a difference. Her level of care and hospitality truly surpassed anything we’ve experienced anywhere in the world. What we had/used: Family room with river view, terrace seating, organised cave tours, transfer service, free bikes, breakfast and dinners. Good to know: This is a homestay, so don’t expect luxury finishes — but what you get instead is something far more special: genuine care, warmth, and personalised service. Would we return? Without hesitation — this was a truly wonderful experience that we will never forget.

What could be better: The only thing to note is that the family room is up four flights of stairs, which may not suit everyone — but the view and terrace at the top are well

Замечательный отель. Нам организовали трансфер от поезда, на следующий день чудесный поход в пещеру Paradis. Отель расположен на берегу реки. С очень красивыми видами. Вкусные завтраки. Замечательный номер. В отеле есть ресторан, где очень вкусно готовят.

В ресторане приготовили угря с клубком глистов. Когда показала менеджеру, мне сказали, что это нормально и это просто потроха рыбы. Может быть в их семье это считается нормальным, но это ресторан. Глисты в еде - это не нормально.
