"Disgusting establishment with bad assistance from host"

This place is disgusting and no cleaning service was done before check in. This host and management has no clue how to deal with guest or booking agents. A complaint was raised on check in and have received no feedback. This property needs to be closed down for health and safety and owners should not be able to sell this property on any booking platform. It's is a total disgrace to the industry and felt like a back room of a farm Guest checked out and requested a refund with no response from the host. Won't be using Booking.com anymore due to bad quality accommodation options offered

"Stay was bad no one check up on you my kids had to have porridge in cups there was only 3 bouls and we a family of 5"

I think they can clean that place right all plates are chipped only 2 forks toilet stink and the pool is not a swimming pool its more of a sitting pool no space to swim
