The pool, but couldn't use it because of the weather

The window was broken, toilet seat broken, people living above kids screamed and cried till after 11 every night, it was wooden floors above us so we couldn't sleep. The braai area is a nightmare with so much dirt and chickens and garbage around it. We didn't receive towels although promised. The braai grid had very big holes in which made it impossible to braai. There were people living on top and a family at the back. We had no privacy
