The pool is not working TV can only switch on with no channels to watch Bed Sheet wrinkled Hot water just switched off on 2nd person taking a shower. There is too much movement at night and daytime. The place is not smelling fresh and clean. The curtains wrinkled.

I didn't like the fact that the receptionist made me pay R300 extra and said it had to be cash or a cashsend. I thought when I made the booking it was for. The whole apartment and not per person. That was unacceptable and unprofessional of her

The staff ,he was excellent, accessible anytime

The place ,very dated , extremely cold ,old shower ,dated kitchen and horrible cold flat .Funny layout .You can hear children upstairs playing .You can't cook electric trip up..not nice not comfortable 😕.I hated the place so much I stayed out all day.

The man in charge did throw out on the streets while we waited for our lift, no customer etiquette his rude knock on the door like the police and he gives us a flat remote

I like everything about the property and the host he was very polite he know how to deal with people

We had a problem with an iron the guy pug it in for us our problem when we take it out we couldn’t plug it in again please buy a new iron and heater please
