MYMYMY1. I get room 301 there can't to user water Hitler 2. I ask for change room then get 101 and on 13/10/2024 8.00 no water in bathroom so i check out earlier but no staff at reception table and i seen they put small box with note (drop key here).they ready run from customers..

Before this i stay 1 time evry month, but after new system, room not clean, shower no function at some room, and when i ask room on first floor , i need to pay an extra Rm10 to recieption without any reciept, but room same size n same bed, kindly disappoited with new system arrangment

MYNice spacious room facing out from from of hotel. Friendly cleaners. Good space to park car behind hotel. WhatsApp help line available with somewhat prompt replies. Lovely hot shower available!
Self-check in system only get the codes once payment is done online. Can only be done upon arrival since QR code and contact number is on the entrance door. Cleaners only started cleaning when we arrived. Keys were taken from the key box and had to wait for a bit in warm reception (no staff present at reception). Lift was not in service, had to walk up to 3rd floor to access room. Bed sheet had yellow stains and burn cigaratte holes. Door key had special function to open and needed assistance at 11pm at night, struggled to get in (was only given voice note instructions after few minutes of trying the door). Facilities - TV had limited channels. Towels tend to flake(fluff) after use. No toiletries, tissues nor drinking water provided. AC was faulty and kept switching off despite switching off timer mode. Window latch broke whilst opening window.
