Ótimas acomodações e equipe simpática

Aconteceu um fato inusitado e desagradável durante a estadia. Em umas das garrafas de água mineral que foi deixada no quarto pela equipe do hotel como reposição havia um líquido de teor alcoólico ou um produto de limpeza. Ingeri imaginando que era água. A gerente de plantão prontamente contornou a situação e me ofereceu água de coco e frutas para ingestão. Solicitei, contudo, ao final da estadia uma reposta formal do que havia ocorrido, mas que até o momento não veio.
