Great location for the centre and the arena. Suited what we needed, which was a one night stay to see a concert. Good price for jazz festival season.

Pre-arrival communication was poor and needed a good clean.

We stayed at Mira House for six nights, and the location of this townhome is excellent. The house itself is quite nice.

The check-in process was very stressful. We didn’t receive any check-in information during the day and had to request it while on our way to Perugia. I was informed that it was a self-check-in, which we understand, but self-check-in still requires a key to access the house. Without a key, how can we check in? I asked for the access code but received no response, and my phone call also went unanswered. We ended up waiting on the highway because we didn’t want to enter the city without knowing where to go. Eventually, after several attempts to contact the host, we received two videos in Italian. When I inquired about our unit address, as there are four units, I was told it was in the video. I explained that we don’t understand Italian. Later, the host sent a video with English subtitles. I suggested that the host send these videos earlier in the future. As tourists driving on the highway, it was very stressful for us to pull over just to watch those videos.

Excellent location for walking to the center of Perugia and for driving to towns in Umbria. Very clean and well appointed apartment. Chiara is a great host.

We were on a road trip and stayed in 8 properties. This was the worst be far!! No Communication!! sent multiple messages re parking and checking in. No answer. Ended up on phone outside on busy road phoning to find out what was going . eventually someone answered and came to let us in. Parking NOT on site. Down a dodgy side road in lock up!!. No Bathrobes. Holes in towels. Kitchen ! Were do i start. Next to no cleaning. Crockery,pots and pans, utensils seen better days. Not enough of them. Not that clean. 6 hangers in entire appt! This was photographed very well and does not look as if it has been properly maintained and updated since 2017 when it had its glowing reviews. If this was an item i would be taking it back and wanting a full refund.!!
