La atención y el servicio por parte de las personas encargadas del hotel fueron excelentes. Especialmente Juan Carlos nos ayudó con sus sugerencias a conocer la ciudad y obtener buenas y nuevas experiencias. Nos fuimos muy satisfechos con el servicio, desayuno y la calidez de la gente Cali. La ubicación, la atención de las personas, habitación cómoda (estuve en la del tercer piso). Es una casa grande y adaptada, lo cual no es un problema para mí, pero quizás otras personas si lo tengan en cuenta. También se deben subir escaleras.

Se escucha algo de ruido de la calle, pero es soportable.
