neat and close to our place of interest

the room is upstairs, smaller area (1 bedroom with one full bed and one full bunk bed) as compared to the description in the confirmation email (2 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, etc)

"I would come to stay again but with less people."

It was very close to the basilica about a 15 minute walk. Also very close to convenient stores and safe neighborhood.

The patio was under construction, so you had to be careful where to walk. The beds were hard and uncomfortable along with the pillows. We stayed 6 days and we didn’t know what to do with the Trash. Also be sure to bring towels as they are not offered here.

Nice and cozy

2 of the mattress's were rock hard and we didn't receive the original room booked. Supposedly had washing machine which we really could have used but as we didn't get the room originally booked, we never found out.

"It was good but it could have been better."

The location was great.

There was no fans, bath towels, Wi-Fi was very poor it would go in and out and only was possible in one room. One bed was like sleeping on concrete. The windows need screens on all windows not just some, so bugs won’t come in.

"Pretty House - Bad Service"

Beautiful house decor and very spacious.

Communication with owner was bad. No towels, shampoo or soap. Toilet paper finished and had too buy some because owener never responded until 1 day later. Master bedroom bed was like a rock very uncomfortable. No air conditioner or Heater at all..

The warm welcome of Angel, really he is an Angel from heaven, well explained the details of the House, neighborhood, most important the way to Basilica Our Lady of Guadalupe as we are Pilgrims from the Philippinea so we value the proximity of distance from Casa Mexicana to Basilica, we Love the Mexican style of the house that really feel you are in Mexico plus by foot showed us the best place authentic Mexican Food , market, 24 hour Oxxo convenience store. Bonus we have a cute guard puppies who are adorable named LUIGI & LULO. We will come in this place for our next Pilgrimage.
