Piety Hill Cottages

Love, love, love these super cute, clean and newly renovated cottages. Simple and modern decor. Our new favorite place to stay in Nevada City! Close to downtown but located in a quaint little neighborhood. And, you can’t beat the price! Can’t wait to come back!

Darling comfy room. Bed was very comfortable. Love the decor. Quiet and enjoyable place with beautiful landscapes. Loved the neighborhood with all the craftsmen homes. Piety Cottages is the only place we stay when visiting this area. 🤗🤗

White Birch cabin was clean, quaint, comfy and private. The trundle bed made it great for the three of us - one in the bedroom and two others in each twin trundle. Very inexpensive for a one bedroom cabin with a full kitchen. Enjoyed the pretty grounds and complimentary coffee and tea. Quiet - only the birds woke us up.

The cottage was set up just right for our two night stay; neither overdone nor underdone. Just right.

Easy self check in and out. Clean with basic amenities provided.

Piety Hill Cottages is a cute adorable place. Our room had been refurbished and it was a nice place to stay while visiting Nevada City. Only about .6 miles from downtown making it a good walk to start your day. Thank you Piety!

The location was excellent, and our cottage underwent a thorough renovation. It was impeccably clean, and the self-check-in and check-out process was convenient. Our stay went smoothly, and the staff's prompt text responses were appreciated. The team member we encountered upon arrival was friendly and helpful. We look forward to staying here again.

My wife and I stayed at the Laurel Cottage and it was absolutely great. It’s pretty much everything you would need in a hotel room but isolated from other guest. Personally I really liked the carpet in the room and everything is paired well aesthetically. Probably will come back some time in the future!

Room needed some repairs (peeling wallpaper, microwave plate not spinning etc) and renovations (curtains not blocking the morning sun) but it was a cute and quaint place. I’d consider going again because the location is very convenient. Check in was clear and easy. Lots of nice parking.
