"great central stay made better by staff who go the extra mile"

Staff were so friendly and helpful. We were given a voucher for discount at the spa and shown how to apply discounts on the GRAB app to get cheaper taxi’s. There is luggage storage and a shower to use if you are only getting picked up late.

Rooms aren’t soundproof so can hear some noise from hallways but didn’t bother me too much

Haven't been in an hotel with more hospitable, kind and helpful staff. Location is great, room is spacious, you have everything you need. It was perfectly clean.
