Firstly, when we walked in there were no staff .The hotel looked very shady. The hotel didn't look like what it looked in the picture. The sheets were very dirty it was all stained red. The pillows were very dirty it was brown. They didn't even bother to fix the curtains it was all broken. The curtains were also stained. The toilets were very dirty. The white colour sink was literally brown and dirty. They provided dirty towels. They didn't even bother.It was literally not worth the price. Hope i don't get sick from staying here.

Its not that great

Hotel is not clean. We are getting a foul smell right across the corridor, inside the rooms. No hot water as well. Quite a bad experience indeed.

The price and location was good

There were no towels, toiletries available

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was okay. AC was functional. There was room service available for breakfast and dinner. WiFi was okay and stable, if not high-bandwidth. The lift was working 24x7.

The day I came in, there was no hot water available, and the reason was that the solar heater wasn't turned on the day prior. The bed wasn't clean, and the toilet seat for room 301 was broken. I wasn't provided a water bottle or even a soap, and had to ask for it. The room was never cleaned during the entire stay. For the price paid, I do not think this was worth it. The breakfast was okay, and the dinner was too. The overall experience would have been better if the staff was PROACTIVE rather than REACTIVE. The hotel benefits from being in close proximity to EGL, a tech park, and should see a lot of traffic from people working there. But the overall service needs to be worked on. If you can work on this, I think this is a good place to revisit. I hope to come by again, and get a better experience, but this time just didn't cut it.
