"It was not bad for the price, but I’d give it 7/10 and probably wouldn’t book again."

Front desk gave us an upgrade and allowed us to check in early. The room was small, but clean and comfortable.

There were too many restrictions on what was open or closed ie. Shelby’s rooftop, the lobby bar, mezzanine bar, despite their hours of when they were supposed to be open.

The location was good. The roll in shower was nice and had a hand held shower head option.

The black light switches were very hard to read making it difficult find which switches to use. Valet parking is really the only option because the closet public garage is far and away and street parking is not easy to find, Valet was very efficient and timely. The room had dirty sliding doors on the water closet and shower, the floor was sticky and the wall under the tv had several dirty markings across it. When O brought it to the attention of the staff it was taken care of promptly.
