It was a great stay definitely recommend it it’s local to different locations rooftop bar is nice and great time. During check in Vivian was great and helpful.

I liked the modern design. I loved the room. I loved the bars and the lounge areas

I did not like where it was located necessarily as far as parking is concerned and how expensive that was, and I don't appreciate how much it cost for the room given the area that I was in, and the fact that my car had gotten broken into

I love this hotel! It's smaller room but I like it. Very cozy and pet friendly! Staff at the entrance are nice and Viviane took good care of us! :) always a pleasure to stay there.

Comfortable modern rooms, a bit on the small side, but with everything you need. I had a corner room with a wall of windows. Blackout shades kept the room dark, although one was out of its rails so it didn't quite close all the way. I liked the bathroom, with separate bath and shower, walled off so it didn't fog up the mirror. Bed was comfortable if a bit oddly accompanied by a corner chair-like bumper that you thought might pull out but didn't. It was as if one side of the bed had a footboard. There was some hallway noise when people were out and about but I didn't notice anything at night and slept well. Wall switches were labelled but the lights they were supposed to control didn't seem to be plugged into the right sockets so I had to turn them on and off manually. Breakfast at the top floor bar had a nice view and was tasty if expensive. Great location across from Yerba Buena and the Convention Center, 5 min walk to Union Square or BART and 10 min walk to CalTrain.

Quiet and cozy boutique hotel in SOMA with a great 12th floor rooftop bar and breakfast room with a view. Vivi at reception was friendly and welcoming! Room 805 in a corner had a great view over Yerba Buena Gardens (check out the painted steps!), and artist Roxy Paine’s “Node” sculpture. Not sure if all rooms have you enter through the bathroom but this one did as the room was small. En suite Nespresso, tea kettle and Smeg fridge. As an eco-friendly hotel, there’s an empty milk bottle container for getting water at the refill station down the hall. Breakfast was beautifully presented with generous portions and attentive service from Dom. Valet parking only, easy two-block walk to Whole Foods, Target at the Metreon. Union Square is a twenty-minute walk away. This was our first stay here but it won’t be our last!
