Bayu Lestari Island Resort

The sceneries of the seas and beach are great. The lookout from the jetty too, but it is too dark at night. Thumbs up for the properly managed island hopping & snorkeling activities, plus the prompt check-in & check-out.

The room and facilities need refurbishments badly. Room M1 is totally unacceptable, loads of dusts and dirts and dead bugs and poops on the floor, under the beds, curtains and window sills, bathroom too. Bathroom is totally uncomfortable for usage, the shower water sprays out of the shower area, the shower screen is moldy and lots of stains, the screen is spoilt and cannot slide. The bidet is broken, and the toilet is not clean. One of beds has a broken leg, and we had to clean the room ourselves when we checked in. The socket extensions used was dangerous and prone to risks of electrocution. Proper sockets should be used with proper closed up piping extensions. There are lots of items to be done for this room. The kitchen and dining area are not properly managed too. Hygiene plus lack of manpower to do housekeeping and proper maintenance. Food is lacking with the amount we paid, long queues and some dishes are just too plain.

The beach is the only we love it.

The meals doesn't worth the price, the 1st queue to take the meals is already finished. And don't have refill. Not a meals is full. The Sheets and quilt covers didn't exchange,is very dirty Inside the room got Cockroach also. My legs and hand is full of mite allergy after days 2. The hygiene is super bad.

The beach is amazing.clean and nice environment.

only we hate is cleanliness,we took bungalow.it’s not well maintained,not clean and look so old full of dust and bathrooms is worst we can’t accept it.my opinion they need to renovate and repairs and replace the broken things.

Beautiful island and has a good staff. Kampung's environment was excellent.

No Wi-Fi or TV is available. Limited food to eat at a restaurant. The equipment available is a lot old or faulty. There is no housekeeping staff to check or clean the room.

Best pillow you will ever have in your life. We moved to the smaller challets. The beach in the resort is not the best as there are a lot of debris so bring water shoes. The staff were all nice especially the front desk. Food is great.
