The Villa is quite nice, the meal provided are good. Customer service are good. Villa are facing the beach. A few steps and there is the beach. Will come and visit again.

I just feel like the aircond not that cold, and maybe the toilet cleanliness should be improved.

The beach.

Room - app indicates as Bangalow when its actually a standard suite only that caters to 9 pax with 1 bathroom includes shower. Hotel staff said it has already informed Booking.com to make changes, but nothing was done. App indicates with sofa for seating area with pictures, but there was not even 1 sofa available. Also it doesnt make sense to have 9 pax sharing 1 bathroom. It was time consuming for everyone to shower and get ready. Air-cond did not function well. Standing fan was provided, but dusty n dirty. There wasnt a proper socket available to connect. Maintenance was late in attending the issue and only came when everyone is back from swimming and we had to wait for a long time before it was resolved. Wasted time n privacy. Restaurant - served rice in a bamboo basket which was full of dirt on the outer later. Food was almost the same everyday. Pricy food, lack of varieties. Rented bicycles were not working well, rusty and did not have safety strap for child seat.

The beach & activities available

The villa needs more attention for maintenance. Toilets were moldy especially the toilet bowl! Just spray some clorox & leave it overnight... Villaa have no fridge. A normal hotel fridge can go a long way especially for families with small children & staying more than 1 night. Its very inconvenient without it.
