Location is nice, the building is renewed, clean rooms.

1- the hotel’s front yard (main entrance) is very noisy ( dogs barking and people drinking and being loud at night) and you can hear it clearly in your room. 2- there is no internet on 2nd floor ( it won’t work inside your room). I asked 2 different front desk employees to solve it, they didn’t care. They didn’t even offer a recompense or a discount. When you book a room with internet, you pay for the service and expect it to work. 3- The staff are unfriendly and rude. 2 employees in the early twenties without any customer service experience.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Modern eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr gute Betten. Zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig.

De locatie is super fijn, dichtbij Fabrika maar toch rustig. Ook gordijnen die alles goed donker maken en aangename 24 uur receptie. Bed was goed.

Ze zouden bordjes mogen voorzien om aan de deur te hangen wanneer je slaapt en wanneer nood aan housekeeping. Wij sliepen vaak smorgens nog en hebben daardoor geen enkele keer housekeeping gehad. Zou ook fijn zijn moesten er nachtkastjes worden voorzien.

Spacious and clean. Good location and 24h front desk was good because we checked in after midnight.

Because of the central heating system it was quite hot in the room but it’s fine really. Plus I wish there was some water in the room

Расположение отличное, в номере тихо! Максимум переночевать одному человеку!

Комната очень маленькая, кровать занимает почти всё пространство, пройти мимо неё невозможно. На полу остались волосы предыдущих жильцов. В ванной комнате краны раковины расшатаны, а из слива тянет канализацией. Душ расположен прямо на полу в центре ванной, что для меня существенный минус.
