Breakfast was okay , could do with a slightly better selection , eggs cold but everything else was very fresh an replenished quickly

Overall ambience of the place situated on the riverside, nice landscape, large swimming pool, and some of the staff are active and super friendly (the male staff at breakfast place for exanple)

Some aspects could have been better i.e. we wanted to swim but found a used food plastic bag floating on the first step of our pool access room. It got us worried about water quality. Also, the pool mosaic tiles need major repair as many of them have peeled off... it could cause some injuries.

The location and layout of the hotel is great. But in general the place needs a good clean.

The room wasn't clean. The breakfast was awful. The tables in the breakfast dining room were covered in food and drink stains. The evening restaurant, the food was warm at best and poor quality.

For a one night stay in between locations, this did the job we needed. Beds were comfortable and the room was neat and today and there was no noise from other rooms or outside the hotel. The Internet was useful just for browsing but anything requiring more data was challenging. Dinner at the on-site restaurant was nice and the setting was lovely, breakfast was standard. Overall would stay again as an in between location overnight.

Beautiful location along the river with a cafe with terrace right next to the water. Nice layout of buildings and green space.

In the night the main building does not have any lights on the outside. This make the whole look as if no-one is staying here. The grounds have lights, so why not a few stylish lights on the outside of the building. If you sit on your balcony in the evening and just see a dark building, that isn't pleasant. I assume that there are more crowds during the weekend (who want to visit the floating market). We were here on a workday and it was really quiet. A few spots need some maintenance (e.g. the floor next to the general entrance to the swimming pool seem to give up any moment). This might sound really bad but overall it wasn't really like that. It is a beautiful place, just need to these small things. Could be relatively easy I think.

We had a wonderful 3 days here. The staff were all so helpful, respectful and cheerful. My friend has mobility issues and uses a rollator. After the buggy collected us from the restaurant, where the food was excellent, and returned us to reception the rollator was waiting for her at the bottom of the ramp. An unexpected and thoughtful gesture. If I had one slightly downbeat comment to make it would be that yoghurt and freshly cooked eggs would be a great addition to breakfast. All in all, a gem of a hotel - great value for money, super clean, great dinners but, most of all, staff who couldn't do enough for us. Well done!

The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by lush greenery, creating a relaxing and tranquil ambiance. It's perfect for both leisure stays and hosting events. The staff provides excellent service, paying attention to every detail and ensuring guests feel well taken care of. I was truly impressed by their hospitality. Would definitely return if I have the chance! 😊🏡🌿
