Slightly run down, but clean

The interior of Unit 15 was well refurbished, clean and tidy, location was really good for me especially in relation to supermarket and central North Shore

Figure the age of the buildings means they are not very sound proof, otherwise it was a reasonably good experience

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy. Off street car parking provided as promised.

Some other guests were having a very loud conversation on the driveway outside my window late at night. I think the management should have dealt with it.

All we wanted was a comfortable bed for the night. This fitted the bill perfectly. Very affordable, comfortable and clean. Not flash and rigs i but really good for the price. Location was so close to Takapuna we could walk into town

Great location, short walk to shops/beach/public transport.

Unexpected extra cost (laundry - only one machine + dryer to share between staff and 19 rooms). Room got broken into and personal electronics were damaged/broken. Tenant who caused this wasn't kicked out or held responsible. Horrendous wifi, smart TV didn't even connect. "Double bed" was two singles squished together, very uncomfortable. Room I was put into was NOTHING like the photos advertised. On my last night there new tenants tried to gain access to my room at 1:30am as management clearly double booked. Will not be returning.

The room was spotlessly clean, and the location was amazing.

Despite being advertised as soundproofed, noise from neighbouring rooms was clearly audible, especially at night and early in the morning. Communication with staff was sometimes difficult. Before the 10:00 am checkout time, staff were already knocking on my door while I was preparing to leave at 9:58 am, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. The steps and uneven surfaces also felt unsafe at night due to poor lighting. Overall, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The room was probably the cleanest I've stayed in , even compared to fancy hotels ! I mean , the lady at the desk didnt speak English but thats fine , we used Google translate. If you have a problem with that though , this isn't the place for you. Location , is great. Price is great. Definitely the best place for a cheap stop over. I would stay here again. I love the feral kitten. Please feed don't chase him away. Ample parking.

The outside is rough and really quite dirty. But don't be put off, because inside is great.
