Best breakfast we have had at a hotel for some time - amazing!

Room was cold initially although staff quickly sorted this

Excellent evening meal. Delicious duck. Friendly staff. Huge bed. Ideal location for a local family event.

No comfy chair in room. Lighting very low. Needed one bright one somewhere

Breakfast was superb in the morning as I had a full English and the staff were extremely friendly. Unfortunately due to my late arrival I was unable to have dinner at the hotel but I'm sure it'd of been great. The bed was also extremely comfortable and it was on the direct route home from Colchester (where I was working) back home to the North West so the location was ideal for the situation.

The only thing that could of made it a little better is if they served food a little later or could of premade me some food, but I wasn't annoyed by this at as I did turn up relatively late there just wasn't anything else I could think of.
