일반적인 아파트 시설인데, 상당히 넓고 쾌적. 방이 나눠어져 있어 4인 이상일 때 이용이 편리. 화장실도 2개라 좋음. 엘리베이터에서 내리면 객실이 한 층당 1개 단독이라 좋음. 위치가 걸어서 5-10분 거리에 오타루역도 초밥거리도 있지만, 중간에 애매한 위치에 있긴 합니다.

お風呂場の清掃がイマイチ 扉のレールから水アカがけっこう出てきた。 多分乾燥機も壊れたるかも？
