The apartment is spacious and clean. There are two toilets which are sufficient for a family trip of five people. Everything is great with accurate photo descriptions and instructions from the host.

The place was huge for the price. Superbly clean snd convenient. Parking is just around the corner for 1000¥ per night.

The property was east to access through the instructions from the booking. The place was very spacious and well equipped with everything you could need. There was parking available and the location was walking distance to most attractions in the area. For the price it was excellent, there were only three of us staying there but it could easily sleep 6-8 people between the traditional sleeping area and the three beds. As well there were two toilets which was awesome. 10/10 would stay there again.

It’s a pretty spacious house with super comfortable 3 beds, one tatami room and living room. Everything is so clean, there were enough towels and traveling amenities. Located near the station(7 minutes walk), there were many restaurants, bars and convenience stores! Also there were laundry machine, dryer and laundry detergent!

The sounds around the apartment were a bit noisy(cuz it located in the busy area so it’s fair enough) even I heard upstairs neighbors speaking.

Even with large luggage, it takes up to 10 minutes to walk from Otaru Station, so I think the location is pretty good. There is no counter in this B&B. After I checked in, I found that the electric kettle was broken. I reported it via booking.com system. The staff brought a new one and within 30 minutes. This efficiency is commendable and is similar to staying in a hotel. Besides, If possible, please add more pots and pans , replace dishes with porcelain, melamine is not a good container.

Broken furniture that almost hurt us. Flying pan that wasn’t flat, so ih top didn’t heat up.

Great location, walking distance to Don don donki. ample paid parking near apartment. had everything we need in the house. Very cheap price considering the size of the apartment. Very quiet as well, good nosie insulation. apt was very clean also
