The environment of front door need to improve and the door key is not worked well.

Access was a bit confusing at first, limited stopping area for cars if you have a lot of luggage.

Very spacious apartment. Easy to check in. Close to train stain.

The pillows were a bit stiff and didn’t have enough clothes detergent provided.

Spacious, clean, nicely furnished with quality bedding. The owner paid attention to details such as having an iron, dish liquid, some peaceful decoration, etc. The location is very easy: it’s a 5min walk from the train station and from restaurants and shops. The tatami room was the cherry on the cake.

If you sleep in the tatami room you might need some ear plugs because you can hear the traffic from time to time. The 3 double beds are in the back and there it’s really really quiet.

Incredible size and furnishings and location for the price we paid. Self check in was smooth, all the appliances were new and clean and hot water was great. It was a really comfortable stay for 5 of us; it could probably take 8 or 9 in the common area as well.

We drove, so parking was a bit of an issue as well as the "drop off" for the luggage as we had to drive into the resident's carpark to unload the luggage. As it was city centre, so it was a bit difficult to find nearby parking and you just had to drive around until you found one.
