The service no good ,breakfast started to late around 9:30 or 10 ,you not accepting card ,but dont explain when you made the reservation,only cash,and also light turn in off very late ,you not can sleep.

Allowed dogs. Good location. Bedroom had private bathroom. Breakfast was included and not bad.

Communication with the staff wasn't very good. They tried to give me a different room than the one I booked, without any windows. When I asked for the room I booked, they showed me to the right room, but there was not a possibility to lock the door from the outside, so I had to leave the room unlocked every time I needed to leave. Didn't feel like the location was very safe, even though nothing happened. Room was a bit cramped, with too many things for the size of the room. Wouldn't recommend it

太嘈吵，因周圍住宅及多電單車出入，居民深夜街頭談話，遠離市居及超市，但價錢合理包早餐，不能要求太多。入住安全為首要原因。因太嘈吵要求換房，職員亦落意安排比較清靜一間，能在這渡過美好回憶。

I think we got scammed. We booked a "Superior Triple Room". The Booking listing showed the only option of 2 heads in the listing. That was confusing because it was called a Triple Room in the listing! We were 3 - me, my wife and her daughter. There are 2 beds shown in the photos. We called the hotel and were assured it was 2 beds for 3 persons. When we got to the hotel (12:00 noon on Friday the 7th) the lady at the desk said, "No, you must pay an additional 50% for the third person.". In my opinion, this is an outrageous scam. Do not trust this hotel.

El hotel es muy sencillo, pero tiene lo básico para una estancia en Panajachel. Tomando en cuenta que lo que uno necesita es un lugar para dormir y bañarse. Tiene ducha con agua caliente, televisión, cama cómoda. Las señoras del aseo muy amables y el desayuno estaba delicioso.
