Should be better cleaning

We stayed here for 3 weeks after selling our house, so it was a temporary "home".The hotel is conveniently located being only a few minutes off the M5.. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very clean and serviced regularly. One small point is that they supply you with Nescafe coffee and Twinings tea, not some nondescript cheap rubbish. Only a small point, but worth mentioning. The price we paid was excellent, and unbeatable in the area.

the property was sold to the new owners a year ago by premier inn, everything has pretty much been left as premier inn stuff ut could do with updating , my bedroom wasnt cleaned or new milk or anything given the 2nd night but my dad was in another room and his was? friendly enough - main road wasnt too busy and pub next door nice.

I was on nights, so had no room service. I was told that if i did need anything to go to reception. Only issue was being woken by the cleaners working in the corridor talking about their personal lives and shouting goodbye to each other at the end of their shifts. However, decent hotel, cheap prices so will do for work.

Good location, large room, helpful staff, very clean and excellent value for money. It’s obvoiusly been a Premier Inn in the past, but has similar standards for a much more reasonable cost

Hotel in a nice location - very close to Webbs Garden Centre (which is huge). Room was very nice and quiet, but I think the mattress had seen better days. The restaurant looked excellent, but was full, even at 6pm, so we had to find somewhere else to eat.

Very good all round clean comfortable and friendly staff will book again

Rooms were clean and comfy bed. Very basic room, needs updating

Comfy and decent sleep. Tidy and clean. Nice and dark curtains

Good sized room, clean and comfortable. Easy car parking.
