Late check-in is possible until 21:00 at an additional charge upon prior request. Please inform the hostel in advance if guests arrive at the property after 20:00. If the property is not informed, the booking may be treated as a no show. For transportation to Niseko Hanazono Ski Field or Mount Yotei, please inform the hotel at check-in. For the free shuttle from JR Kutchan Train Station, please request at time of booking. The shuttle service operates in winter on the following schedule: Hotel to Grand Hirafu Ski Resort: 8am and 9am twice per day. The shuttle service operates in summer on the following schedule: Hotel to Mt. Yotei and Niseko Annupuri : from 3.30am to 7am. Please note that the property has separate dormitory room for men and women. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
