The Location. Within walking distance to point of interest, like Ijen Boulevard, Taman Kota, and also many decent coffee shops and resto near by.

It needs more lighting on lobby and surroundings, especially at night. Guest room at 2nd floor is small, and the furniture are old.

Kamer was sober maar schoon. Faciliteiten erg slecht. Er was geen personeel wat engels sprak. Wij hadden iedere keer bij de receptie een bewaker zitten die helemaal niet verstond. Ander personeel niet gezien. Ontbijt was slecht en hadden geen keuze gekregen de avond ervoor dus kregen volgende ochtend zomaar wat. Omdat we dag daarop vroeg weg gingen had onze chauffeur om een ontbijtpakket gevraagd maar deze was er niet die ochtend en verder ook helemaal geen personeel te vinden behalve de bewaker. Het is meer een hostel vooral voor de locals en niet ingesteld op buitenlandse gasten.

This is the best place to stay in the central city, especially if you want to walk around and enjoy the beauty of Malang. The property is in a quiet, lovely, neighborhood, but close enough to walk to car free day, the market at Oro-Oro Dowo, and the Malabar City Forest, as well as other places around Jalan Semeru. The rooms are spacious and super clean with beds with nice linens, the staff is always friendly and they treat guests with kindness.
