El desayuno, realmente no cuenta con desayuno incluído, le dejan en la habitación unos pocos productos para preparar el desayuno. Considero esto como muy poco elegante para el desayuno.

Great place to stay in Cusco, loved the balcony with an amazing view over the city. This little place grew on us - initially I felt it was a bit far out but over the 5 days we spent there the short walk down into the plaza became like our own little neighbourhood stroll! The stairs were also good practise for our Inca Trek! It was totally worth it to get up to our place and enjoy the peace and quiet from the balcony. Loved the jacuzzi, loved having separate bedrooms for the kids and adults and appreciated the brekky provided each day. Waking up to the sunrise over Cusco and going to sleep with the view of the city lights was a very special experience that you wouldn't get by staying down in the main plaza area. It was very handy to have a little fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, sink etc. Second toilet was also very handy for our family of 5! Julia was a very friendly host/manager and made herself available for anything we needed. The location was also ideal to explore the area of San Blas and very close to the entrance area for the ruins and the Cristo Blanco hike down. We were really happy we stayed up in San Blas and would recommend Cities of the World!

Hospitality!

The hotel had a great location, close to the historical part of Cusco. The room was well equipt, and had a lot of space. Julia is a superb host, we felt as we were in good hands.

Julia was lovely and helpful. Breakfast is provided in the room , but you have to prepare it yourself. For us was ok, since we did many early morning tours. In a regular hotel we would have missed breakfast each day.

It was cold all the time . There is no heating. There were some electric heaters, witch helped, but it was insufficient to heat the whole place. I think in the summertime is great , but we went in october and the nights are pretty chilly.

The views and the ingredients provided for breakfast was a nice touch. The location was good as it was close to many touristy spots but the road itself was quiet at night. Hot tub was nice bonus

Checkin process was not good. We did not get a code for the gate and had to ask other guests for it even after checkin. The toilet had no ceiling which meant there was no privacy for people sharing the room.

Excellent Value. Great view. Large room and the jacuzzi worked great.

We loved the accommodation and how great the staff was. Specifically Julia, she was so great and attentive and caring. No matter what time she was consistently available and helped with anything we needed. She was amazing
