Tranquil spot set in nature, restaurant on site. Comfortable room, strong wifi, free water. Easy to hire scooter from host at reasonable cost

Restaurant doesn't serve breakfast

The four bedroom house is huge - our kids had a blast running all around it. Two bedrooms with 2 double beds in them and 2 more bedrooms with a double bed in them. Very spacious. Second floor living room and terrace are very cozy.

We stayed in the four-bedroom house. It's a very mixed experience - there's one bedroom in the first floor - has two double beds. The beds are really hard, not comfortable at all. A 7cm thick memory foam top mattress would help out a lot - but that's a bit much to hope for in Thailand at this price point. Access to the bathroom is though the terrace - so in the evening you'll be walking to the bathroom half naked while people are having lunch on the other side of the street. The floor between 1st and 2nd floor is just 1 layer of wooden planks - so if there's somebody waking upstairs, you can even tell the difference if they are waking barefoot or with socks on :)) Staff was quite annoyed even when we asked to call a taxi when we wanted to go to our next hotel. They initially suggested we call our next hotel and ask them to send a taxi here, to pick us up from Baan Sangchan. Our experience with any other Thai people in the services industry has been completely opposite to the ones at this hotel :)

the owner is super nice and welcoming. The place is not far from the beach and you can rent a motorbike at the hotel without any deposit which makes your stay easier.

Very nice bungalow, quiet location. Near the waterfall.

The staff was very laid back and didn’t smiled a lot. Was hard to ask questions (not because of language barriers)

Liked the jungle location and pre booked a scooter to get around. Clean and tidy.

No breakfast at accommodation but plenty of options nearby Bed was far too soft for me but the kind manager sorted out a suitable option to help me out. No table outside the terrace at my bungalow, not sure why not?
