The room was beautifully appointed and comfortable.

This is nitpicky, but the steps leading up to the front door seemed extra tall. Uncomfortable to negotiate with arthritis.

"THE Place to stay in Westcliffe"

The view was amazing! We loved enjoying the fireplace in the lobby (probably the highlight of our stay :). We liked the toiletries in the wash room.

The room was just a little bit oddly configured; but, no really, everything was fine.

"A beautiful place to enjoy the Wet Mountain Valley!"

The location and the facility were great! Everything was clean and fresh and the checkin process was easy.

Lights in the room were too bright (on ceiling fan) and were fluorescent which was pretty stark.

Booked first time in error and told we could not get a refund within 10 minutes of booking even in booking 3 weeks in advance. The second booking we did, Hotels.com did not give us checking in time, we called the hotel many times, no one answers, left message on voice mail, still no one replied. Got email with access code at 3:20 pm.
