Not worthy for what it offers

Very very nice staff!

The property is in an excellent location, near the train/bus, convenience stores and water park. The owner/manger is a kind man, who obviously takes pride in his hotel. The hotel is very clean. There is a hot/cold water dispenser on the second floor. The hotel offers baths with local water from cold springs. The hotel was very affordable.

The hotel does not have heat in the rooms, only AC and dehumidifier. The rooms only have two flimsy, very small towels (you have to pay extra for towels and sheets). The facility is dated, pipes in tub are rusted. The bed is very hard. There is an undisclosed 2% fee for payment with credit card. (Owner agreed to update listing to reflect this.)

Friendly staff and nice experience with the cold spring in the bathroom. Convenient location close to food options and the train station.
