Eagle Rock Executive Guest House

The checking in for the group of 12 was a breeze and we were given extra rooms at no charge to make sure everyone was as comfortable as possible. The rooms are beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. There is a gym for the guests. The breakfast was satisfactory.

Overall we had a nice homely stay. Very friendly staff, location very close to Kruger Malalane Gate, meals included were tasty and well thought of everyday. We could add game drives and get tips on where to do other fun activities. Garden area is impressive. There is a bar onsite with lovely cocktails. The viewing deck for wathing animals alongside the river is a great bonus and probably the main attraction!

Smoking on premises. While we liked the rustic, natural or antique theme, we personally found the beds a bit hard & bathrooms may need renovation. Cockroaches frequented the rooms - though when we reported it was suggested that its due to being close to nature? Still trying to manage an overbilling and incorrect invoice which is taking ages. It all doesnt take away from the fact that we had a good homely stay.
