Venus Apartments - Dohany Street I

Stor og rummelig lejlighed. Fungerer supergodt. Moderne istandsat - i kontrast til den oprindelige opgang og meget rustikke omgivelser (se billederne). Det er hyggeligt og giver en god fornemmelse af, hvor man er landet. Der kan være meget fest i gaden om natten - men vi oplevede det ikke problematisk. Rigtig god og central beliggenhed.

Quelques précisions sur l'appartement car c'est compliqué d'avoir un descriptif précis sur les appartements de Budapest. L'appartement est spacieux et confortable. Un salon, 3 chambres séparées dont une avec un canapé lit. Une salle de bain complète et un wc séparé. Un bar et une table de salon, mais pas de table pour manger. Très bien placé dans la ville, mais peut être bruyant car quartier animé mais très sympa. Seul petit bémol : problème de chauffage et eau chaude le premier jour, résolu rapidement. Et il faut quitter à 11h00 précises, 11h30 n'est pas possible !!!

Two flights of stairs

Communication and check in went very smoothly. Overall, this is a nice, sizeable apartment with all amenities one could wish for except for maybe a shower. There is a bathtub and showerhead though. Also, great value for money compared to other options in Budapest. Central location close to all touristic hotspots. There was noise from the street at night, but my earplugs blocked most of it and I slept fine. Also, it mostly concerns noise from cars and some of the louder passers-by, not from parties/music.

The internet connection was very slow at times. We mentioned this to the hosts upon checkout and they said they'd contact their ISP for a fix.

Lovely comfortable apartment in perfect location. Customer service was excellent and all requests and queries were answered promptly.

Location was a little noisy late at night.

Spacious apartment located in the vibrant Jewish quarter. Great for groups who want to enjoy sights, food and nightlife.

Be aware that it’s located in a nightlife area (as written in the description). I would not recommend for families or people sensitive to noise.
