only bad was I was on a business trip and could not stay longer. - Ambience is fantastic. supermarket on on other side of street. Parking no problem. huge areal and a very nice greece guestroom as per description. Fridge and small kitchen in the room, coffee machine was excellent! could reach ariport within 15 mins. Host Billy was helping with everything very friendly via Whatts App. -Thank you! Hope to come back again soon!

It has everything you need! We stayed our last night of vacation & just enjoyed the amenities! Private beach access, pool and more places to enjoy the view than we could’ve imagined. We will be back!

We loved everything. The location was amazing, Vasilis (Billy) was amazingly helpful and showed hospitality beyond our expectations. There were others staying there you could talk with, however you still had all the privacy you could ask for.

The only thing we didn’t like is that we were not able to stay longer, because we were flying the next day.

Great place to rest, everything is very close - nice beach, supermarket, beach bars, restaurants. Airport is less than 15 minutes by taxi. Billy is very friendly and nice.

Airport is close , so you can expect some noise from planes. But we didn´t mind it at all :)

The outside bathroom was slightly inconvenient

I only stayed one night here as its close to the airport. Has its own private beach which is lovely.

1. WiFi is extremely weak, basically no-existing. 2. Bathroom is in another building which was a little inconvenient, but it was clearly communicated before so no big deal. But if you wanna take a shower you need to turn on the water boiler 25min before to get hot water. 3. Hygiene has room for improvement — there was hair in the sink and I got mild rash from using the bed linen…. 4. Not the hotel’s problem but the other group of guests were having very loud conversations in the yard until 3am in the morning which totally ruined my sleep. 5. The public yard could use some better maintenance, it’s all yellow. 6. The walk to the public beach& restaurant is, despite short (5min), quite uncomfortable, there’s no real pedestrian and you need to be very careful about the traffic.
