"Great staff and amenities"

Well situated ! Skin clinics all around, shopping malls, small and bigger restaurants ! I stayed there for 3 days before moving to another part but I was more than satisfied with my stay

"I would stay somewhere else next time"

The place is not terrible but my low rating is due to the fact that when i just arrived there the shower had a problem and was leaking water all over the bathroom and flooding it. I told the receptionist about it and asked to send someone to fix it and they said they did but nothing changed and I had this problem the whole time I was there. It was such an inconvenience. Other things were fine as the location, the view, comfort etc.

just across from the airport bus limousine stop. quiet area, worked for us as we wanted to stay on that side of Seoul.

around 15min walk to the nearest metro station, which we knew and it wasn’t a problem for us, but might be to other people. far away from the main views/attractions, which can be a problem as well (again, it wasn’t for us as we’ve been to Seoul several times). cleanliness is subpar, wasn’t impressed.

"Would stay again"

Super comfy pillow top beds , great shower pressure from the rain head, everything was clean and quiet. Location is good for fancy restaurants but not so close to other parts of Gangnam. Had a great short stay.

Not that close to any subway (15-20m walk) so had to take taxi everywhere. Too far to get to COEX mall etc directly and wouldn’t base yourself here if you are wanting to explore more of Seoul. Could provide a water filter rather than the 2 small bottles each day but I guess that’s standard for western hotel chains.
