Aiden by Best Western Cheongdam

We loved the modern decor and set up of the hotel, the complementary drinking water, the beautiful bathroom, the location in Gangnam, the view of Gangnam streets and NamSan, the English speaking staff were polite and friendly, and the help was very kind. There's a Paris Baguette down the block as well. Staff also responded to message about early check in, and to see if they could find something we left behind, and were very responsive. We did have a toilet that seemed to clog easily, and they came in minutes to address the issue very discreetly. Also, the Incheon Airport Limousine shuttle bus stop is right across the street as the last stop on route. We walked a few blocks to Baskin Robbins and Olive Young at night, and felt perfectly safe.

The onsite laundry seemed crowded each time we looked in, and the facility looked like they have residential laundromat, so instead of waiting around for hours, we went off site to a nearby 24hr laundromat. Location wasn't near any subway stops, but we knew that going in. Taxi apps are easy enough to use.

カロスキルにも歩いて行けたし、ソンス　江南にもタクシーを使えばすぐだったので、買い物や美容施術旅をしたい旅にはとても良い立地だなと思いました。水回りも綺麗で清潔です。

周辺に規模の大きめのコンビニが少なく、徒歩10分程度歩来る必要があること。

The hotel itself is ok, as it’s what you may expect from a not super low tier brand, but obviously space is what it is. Overall is a 6 out of 10, just enough for being ok but only for good price!

We saw that due to the carpet, we found some nails on the moquette that was quite difficult to catch if for sure but nevertheless should have been cleaned. Also two nights out of three I couldn’t sleep due to noises from guests!!

Room is big enough, functional, clean. Personal really helpfull.
