Service was greaT in that there were many issues that came up but they resolved them with promptly. For example you do not get continuous hot water the tanks are limited. Thus get up early 7am and get hot water first. If need more you need to ask for buckets of hot water they will bring. Furthermore they gave good discounts for Jeep safari and canal ride. Ensure you have your listings of complementary package as any and all camps will try to tel you ohh but it’s really not included. Just have to speak up and you will get what you deserve. Cultural show was standard I don’t imagine it will be any different elsewhere regardless of the higher cost of camps. Food was average. For foreigners be careful of tea and coffee cups use disposable ones only. Wipes plates or bowls with paper towels before use incase they are wet. Service was excellent but must ask for what you need. Speed up and you will be served. Manager was great. I would highly recommend this place.

The staff was really good and they will make sure that you get every service and will keep on checking about the service quality as well. Overall had good stay there.
