The quality of hotel and the staff were great!! The location was not ideal but it was manageable since it was located near a tram and bus stop. The breakfast is awesome. A nice selection for most everyone.

Fantastic hotel 3miles from centre.Best hotel we stayed in.Very comfortable great air con and wifi lovely beds and great powerful shower.massive free car park.we didnt have breakfast as like a lay in until 10 am.short walk to bus station and trams.Very clean hotel.Very cheap at £36 for the large room.plus we asked for low room and got first floor room 102 near to free sauna.Very Quiet.
Incredibly polite and attentive staff, nothing was too much trouble. Very clean and very nice decor. Good choice of drinks and food from the bar and restaurant. A very pleasant stay.
Nice hotel. Not central, but was very suitable for us as a family who were visiting Krakow as well as surrounding areas.
The air con didn’t work in any room
