The private use of the kitchen, optional, including appliances (oven-microwave oven-espresso coffee machine-hob) and everything you need (cookware-kitchen tools) has a surcharge of EUR 10 per day on the bed and breakfast service. It is mandatory to pay only once, regardless of the length of stay, the extra cleaning service of EUR 20 for household appliances. Check-ins after hours: from 23:00 to 00:30 and from 16:00 to 17:00 have a surcharge of €10, from 00:30 to 6:00 and from 13:00 to 16:00 they have a surcharge of €20. Check-outs after hours: from 11:00 to 13:00 have a surcharge of €10, from 13:00 to 15:00 have a surcharge of €20. Private washing machine use has a surcharge of EUR 10 per wash and includes the detergents available in the facility. The use of air conditioners, optional, is EUR 10 per day. In winter season the heating is included from 20.00-10.00 and from 14.00-16.00. The hot water is available 24h. In cases of the request of heating 24h there is a supplement of EUR 10 per day. The heating fee during the non-winter period is €15 per day. Free shuttle bus to and from Gioia Del Colle for one check-in and one check-out per single reservation. Electric vehicle charging station is available at the extra cost of 10 eur plus 0,25 eur per kWh. Guests must sign the property rental contract prior to check-in.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. ATTENTION GROSSE ARNAQUE !!! Le prix affiché qui est très attractif n'est pas le prix final , vous devriez payer en plus tous les équipements du logement c'est une honte ( le coin cuisine qui comprend un micro-ondes un four et une plaque vous n'avez même pas un frigo c'est 10€/j , clim 10€/j , machine à laver 10€ une , cafetière 10€/j , barbecue 10€ la cuisson ) on n'a jamais vu en 15 voyage dans toutes l'Italie je ne comprends pas que booking cautionne cette méthode car tout le surplus est donné un liquide évidemment ou si vous insister et souhaitez payer en carte il vous demandera 2 % supplémentaires de la Somme HONTEUX . Même si l'appartement est certes très bien situé et l'hôte très réactif la méthode reste très dérangeante et un coup supplémentaire à ce que vous attendiez de payer . Attention évidemment réservation non annulable !!

Casa molto pulita e accogliente. Zona comoda al paese, rilassante, tranquilla e immersa nel verde con parcheggio auto privato e sicuro. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile, consigliato.

Frigo bar.. Sarebbe più utile un frigorifero di dimensioni normali.. almeno per una famiglia come la nostra..di 5 persone!!
