sweet stay in a quiet part of Twilling

This property is in a residential neighbourhood away from the water.

We enjoyed a 2-night stay at the Whitsha Inn. It's conveniently located for the sights we visited while in Twillingate.......hiking trails, lighthouse, Dinner Theatre and more. We arrived early on day 1, and Deborah, the owner, was gracious enough to get our room ready by 1pm, about 2 hours before normal check-in. We appreciated that since we had some items that required refrigeration. Breakfast was a continental breakfast.........OJ, coffee, cereal, muffins, bagels, fruit, and yogurt. It was enjoyable to meet the other guests and have a chat with them about their stops in Newfoundland. We were able to pick up a few tips for the remaining portion of our 17-day trip. It was nice to be able to enjoy the wine we purchased at the winery right up the street, on the front porch and deck in the backyard.

Our host Debra was exceptionally kind, informative and friendly. The premises were immaculate and the breakfast facilities were phenomenal. It was great to mingle with the other guests. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little place. We had the twin room. So tiny that our suitcases had to be on top of the bed all day. No chairs. Lady at breakfast was lovely and so friendly. Owner next day- not so much.

It was very good. The proprietor was lovely. The rooms were clean. The continental breakfast was excellent.

It met our needs of a quick stay. There were other guests that were loud from 10:30 to midnight. It was hard to sleep hearing everything they were saying.
