Property and ammenities wise were alright. Staff was very really unfriendly. We asked him a few questions, he ignored and refused to answer. He even did not look us in the eye while we were talking to him. Worst service I’ve ever met in customer service.

沒有電梯，樓梯很窄，要扛29吋大行李上下樓一定要男生，房間清潔有待加強，浴室持續飄散水管傳來的異味；四人房房間很大，有冷氣有地熱，蓮蓬頭水壓夠強，如不介意的旅客，可以參考，距離南大門市場2分鐘，價錢便宜

已經在智遊網付費完成，到達首爾第1晚遇到飯店系統出狀況沒有房間可住，雖飯店退還一晚費用但我們必須馬上自行找住處,感覺非常不好，且飯店清潔度不佳，我們有提供一瓶洗衣精供以後的住客使用,但隔天立馬不見，整體感覺非常差!!!

住宿在三樓 沒有電梯要爬樓梯 樓梯還很窄只能一個人通過非常危險且不方便 住宿四天沒有一天來整理房間不知道在忙什麼 房間廁所有異味 一開廁所門整個房間都是臭味住宿位於小山坡上 還要爬坡非常不方便 要我給評分 大概半顆星吧 以後絕對不會再住

お湯が出ませんでした。トイレ、シャワーは下水臭く錆だらけで、顔を洗うのもためらいました。共有スペースのトイレは汚すぎて使えませんでした。4階までエレベーターがなく、階段もとても狭いためスーツケースを運ぶのは困難です。立地はとてもよいですが、それだけです。

酒店在南大門對面，距離首爾站約15分鐘腳程，屬精品酒店形式房間不多，主樓有升降機，副樓冇升降機，房間寬敞整潔，但不設每日打掃，附近有很多食肆。以價格而言，十分抵住。
